SHIPPING AND RETURNS
1. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Rate We have a flat shipping fee of $10.00AUD which covers shipping Australia wide for orders less than $2000. Shipping fee of $40.00AUD which covers shipping Australia wide for large orders more than $2000. This applies to online order only.
Australian delivery is available to all areas, We reserve all the right to refuse shipping to some locations.
Sunshine Coast Coffee Machines posts all orders within 24 to 48 hours of ordering ‘In Stock’ items, Monday-Friday.
Most deliveries will arrive within five business days of the shipping date.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order confirmation.
Outside of Australia We do not ship outside of Australia. If you have any questions about international delivery, please email us at email@example.com.
2. Ordering and Shipping Process
Once you have placed your order and completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the item purchased, your details and your order number. Order will not be shipped until payment has been received.
Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder. If you have not received the email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items in stock will be shipped within the following 24-48 hours of receiving payment for your order, Monday – Friday.
You will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number once the item has been dispatched. Please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder. If you have not received the email, please contact email@example.com .
We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post, Aramex and Couriers Please, which means a signature may be required upon delivery. Please make sure you check the estimated time of arrival for your item and are available to sign for it upon delivery. Otherwise, the item will be taken back to the nearest Australian Post office or depot.
3. Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site, so we have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to the office in which it was purchased:

- Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition, including all original packaging.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- All equipment warranties are back to our office.
- Items purchased online can be exchanged at SCCM store with proof of purchase.
- Additional restocking or repatriation costs may apply (i.e. 10% restocking fee may apply on returns).
If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the Site or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit, once the above criteria has been fulfilled and at the discretion of Sunshine Coast Coffee Machines.
